Activities marking the coronation ceremony of the Owa- Obokun of Ijesaland,Oba Clement Adesuyi Haastrup commence on Friday, 16th May, 2025 with a special jumat service at Ilesa Central Mosque at 1'O' clock in the afternoon, while cultural celebration holds on Saturday, 17th May, 2025 between 10'O'clock in the morning and 4'O' clock in the afternoon at the palace hall, while Isese night is scheduled for 9 'O' clock in the evening at the palace courtyard.
A statement by the organisers indicates that royal visit to Ijesa zones comes up on Monday,19th May, 2025 between 10'O' clock in the morning and 4'O' clock in the afternoon.
On Tuesday, 20th May, 2025, the grand finale of coronation sports activities will begin with Owa Ajimoko 111 Ijesa marathon race at 7'O' clock in the morning, while football, medal presentation $ awards is slated for 10'O'clock at Ilesa Grammar School Sports ground.
There will be visit to various orphanages on Wednesday, 21st May, 2025 at 10' O' in the morning, while a video documentary and workshop by ljesa Mineral Resources Development Forum, lMRDF, is scheduled for 1'O' clock in the afternoon at the University of ilesa.
On Thursday, 22nd May, 2025, there will be Ajimoko 111 coronation Golf Kitty at 8'O' clock in the morning, while a symposium/Ajimoko 111 foundation scholarship & empowerment scheme comes up at 11 'O' clock in the morning at Royal Park International Hotel & Resort, iloko- ijesa.
The coronation ceremony will hold on Friday, 23rd May, 2025 at Owa's Palace at 10'O' clock in the morning, while grand reception comes up at Ilesa Grammar School by 1'O' clock in the afternoon.
The weeklong activities will be rounded off on Sunday, 25th May, 2025 with a coronation thanksgiving service at Methodist Church, Otapete, ilesa by 10'O'clock in the morning.
