The Owa Obokun Adimula of ijesaland,Oba. (Dr) Adekunle AROMOLARAN II, CFR, LL.D has graciously released the expanse of land directly opposite the Ijesaland Geriatric Centre to the Ijesa Community Developmental Assembly (ICDA) for the construction of the multipurpose Ijesa Youth Vocational Centre.
The Owa Obokun Adimula made the pronouncement on Friday 23rd February 2024 while receiving the leadership of the Ijesa Community Developmental Assembly led by the Asiwaju of Ijesaland, Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi who had come purposely to the Adimula Palace to brief His Imperial Majesty, Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland of the need to have a Vocational Centre in Ijesaland to curb the menace of cultism and other nefarious activities which is prevalent among Ijesa Youth and which had given Ijesaland not too good an image.This was the presentation of Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi to the Owa In-council.
The Owa Obokun appreciated and commended the Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi led Ijesa Community Developmental Assembly (ICDA) for all the developmental agenda which they have embarked upon in the past six years which had put ijesaland in the fore front in the whole of Osun State in particular.
The Owa Obokun Adimula enjoined the Ijesas to as usual ensure speedy completion of the vocational centre..

The Chairman of Ijesa Community Development Assembly (ICDA) and Asiwaju of Ijesaland, Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi was accompanied to the Palace meeting by Secretary of ICDA, Prince Lowo Adebiyi, and ICDA Chieftains namely, Chief Afolabi Igbaroola; Prince Dr Toyin Olalemi; and Erelu Jumoke Olafadehan.
The productive meeting came to a close with Group Photographs' session with His Imperial Majesty Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland.
