The recent appointment of Engineer Oluremi Omowaiye who was the immediate past commissioner for works in the cabinet of former Governor Gboyega Oyetola when he was holding sway as number one citizen of the state has been commended and described as one of the best decisions made so far by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as far as appointments may be concerned.
Mr Akin Adeyi, a security expert and chieftain of the Osun APC made this assertion in a statement made available on his social media handle during the weekend.
According to Adeyi, Omowaiye is one youth with proven record of service delivery. As a commissioner before in the state particularly one that participated at various stages of conceptualization, design, construction, implementation and supervision of many roads, bridges and other elephant projects his experiences and ability to deliver in this his new assignment will surely surpass expectations. .”Remi is a round peg in a round hole”, Adeyi said.
Meanwhile, the security expert and public analyst have also seized the opportunity to congratulate Mr Gboyega Oyetola who is the nation’s current Minister of Blue Economy and Marines.”Oyetola, when he was governor of the state and now that he is a minister have continued to show his love and preference for the younger elements in the society. It is evident that the Iragbiji born politician believe strongly in giving opportunity of service to those that are coming behind him”.
Finally, Adeyi prayed for God guidance and surpassing knowledge for Omowaiye in this his new assignment
