The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has joined family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating one of its revered elders and stakeholders, Alhaji Gbadebo Ajao, a distinguished member of the Agba Osun, on the occasion of his 80th birthday anniversary today.
According to the state chairman of the party, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, in a statement issued by the party's Director of Media and Information, Chief Kola Olabisi, today, the birthday anniversary of Pa Ajao marks another significant milestone in the life of an exemplary leader who has dedicated his time and resources to the development of our great party and the progress of Osun State.
Lawal extended his heartfelt congratulations to the 'Birthday Boy', commending him for his lifelong dedication to public service and his invaluable support for the party.
The state APC Chairman described him as a true statesman and a repository of wisdom whose guidance has continued to shape the party positively.
Lawal described Alhaji Ajao, a staunch pillar of the APC from Egbedore Local Government Council Area of the state, as a beacon of wisdom, integrity and loyalty within the party.
In Lawal's words: Pa Gbadebo Ajao's commitment to the ideals of the APC and his contributions to fostering unity and progress among party members have earned him respect and admiration from all quarters.
“Baba Ajao is not only a respected elder in our party but also a symbol of steadfastness and commitment to the common good whose contributions to the APC, especially in Egbedore Local Government and beyond, are immeasurable.
"On this special occasion, we celebrate his impactful life and thank him for his support for our party,” the APC chairman stated.
The Osun APC chairman implored the younger members of the party to emulate Baba Ajao’s exemplary leadership qualities and selflessness.
He explained further that Alhaji Ajao's life and contributions serve as a reminder of the importance of dedication, hard work, and the pursuit of collective goals in building a formidable party.
