In a public notice, the palace called on affected title holders, including High Chief Ibitoye Adeniyi (Obaala of Ilesa), to approach the palace for documentation and regularization procedures.
The process aims to officially confirm and update the titles, ensuring their legitimacy and recognition within Ijesaland.
The move is expected to bring clarity and order to the chieftaincy institution in Ijesaland, and promote the cultural heritage of the land.
