A frontline aspirant for the Ijesa South Federal Constituency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Mrs. Temilade Adewusi, has congratulated the newly appointed Ijesa South Renew Hope Ambassadors, urging them to intensify grassroots mobilisation across the constituency.
In a statement released by her media office, Hon. Adewusi charged the ambassadors to work closely with ward and unit ambassadors to deepen party structures and ensure effective engagement at the grassroots level in all communities within the constituency.
Hon. Adewusi, who is also the President and Founder of the Temilad Foundation, a non-profit organisation committed to empowering both young and old, specifically congratulated Hon. Ambassador Olakunle Mohammed (Atakunmosa West), Hon. Ambassador Abubakre Lukman (Atakunmosa East), Hon. Ambassador Olusayo Titus Abimbola (Ilesa East), and Hon. Ambassador Oyewumi Oyebanjo (Ilesa West) on their appointments, describing them as well-deserved.
She encouraged the ambassadors to work assiduously with their respective ward and unit structures to ensure that the message and dividends of progressive governance under President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu are effectively communicated to residents of the four local government areas that make up the Ijesa South Federal Constituency.
The APC aspirant further tasked the ambassadors with promoting love, peace, and unity within the party, while committing themselves to securing victory for Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO) in the August 2026 Osun State gubernatorial election, which she described as a strategic step toward achieving success in the 2027 general elections.
Hon. Adewusi reaffirmed her readiness to collaborate fully with the ambassadors, pledging her unwavering support and necessary assistance to ensure the successful execution of their new responsibilities. She also appealed to party leaders, elders, and members to provide guidance and support to enable the ambassadors to perform effectively.
The statement underscored her commitment to strengthening party unity and advancing progressive governance in Ijesa South and Osun State at large.
