2022 Iwude Ijesa Festival: Ijesa Sports Club members at the grand finale reception

The Iwude Ijesa Festival celebration in Ilesa, Osun State is an annual event during which Ijesa sons and daughters, their friends and associates from far and near throng the Obukungbusi Civic Centre for the carnival-like reception as Owa Obokun Adimula concludes his statutory visit to some of his chiefscourtyards. Seemingly, the manifestations of glitz and colours associated with the festival make the festival one of the most celebrated cultural festivals in Osun State.

At the grand finale of the 2022 edition held on Saturday 24th December, it was a spectacle to behold as Clubs and Societies take their turn to pay homage to the king amidst music and aesthetic jubilation.
