WATCH VIDEO: Angry motorist cocks and points a gun at VIO in Abuja

An angry motorist has been captured on video pointing a gun at a VIO official. 

While it’s unclear what led to the incident, it’s been revealed that it took place in Abuja on Thursday, June 1, after the VIO official tried impounding the man's car.
