Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Osun East Senatorial District leader in the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Babatunde Festus Komolafe, has charged members of the party in the state to remain steadfast, alerting that the party will return to power in the state in 2026.
Komolafe, fondly called BFK, gave this advice on Thursday in Ifewara, Atakumosa West Local Government Area, while addressing a crowd of excited party faithful.
Komolafe, who represented Atakumosa East/West in the state assembly, equally advised members not to be deceived by the antics of the Aregbesola group (Omoluabi) who are prowling around, looking for willing members to recruit into their treacherous fold.
According to Oluomo of Ifewara, " The so called Omoluabi group is a recruitment ground for the Peoples Democratic Party. You should distance yourself from them as they don't mean well for you. The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, HE Adegboyega Oyetola is our Leader and is capable of giving the needed leadership in the party. We are only on holiday. By God's grace, we shall return to Abere in 2026."
Komolafe encouraged members to be at peace with one another, directing them to reconcile with those who worked against the party in the previous elections but are now genuinely willing to re-join the party .
