AWARDS/ APRECIATION GALORE.. as RLG/ICDA graduate 85 trainees (PHOTOS)






It was an exciting spectacle to behold as the RLG Institute of Technology/Ijesa Communities Development Assembly (ICDA) partnership graduated the first set of ICDA sponsored trainees on Computer Hardware assembly and software repairs.

In his opening remark, Mr Tosin Ilesanmi, the Managing Director of the training outfit, RLG Technology commended the Chairman of ICDA, Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi for his dogged determination which saw through the partnership.


Mr. Ilesanmi recalled that the idea of the empowerment training was first sold to Osun State government but failed to fly.


"Of the 150 applicants screened for the training at the beginning, some of them dropped off due to some reasons" said Ilesanmi.

However, from the figure of 91 candidates that completed the training, only 80 made up 59 males and 21 females attended the graduation ceremony.

For a guaranteed post training life, an exit package made up of Tablets and hardware repair kits were distributed to some of the trainees while others were to be given at a later date.


Aside from the RLG appointing some students as Sales Representatives, other students have the option of working on sales and return basis or as technicians.


Members of the ICDA Management which paraded Prince Lowo Adebiyi, Alagba Wale Idowu, Chief Afolabi Igbaroola, Dr Toyin Olalemi, Erelu Olajumoke Olafadehan, Chief Akin Olatunbosun, Mr Bukola Fadipe and Chief Mrs Yemisi Falope took turns to congratulate and admonish  the graduands to be good Ambassadors of RLG/ICDA and the Ijesa Community in general.


Various prizes were given to lucky winners with ICDA pledging One hundred thousand naira each to Mr Olalekan Alayo and Mr Iyanu Stephen outstanding facilitator and outstanding trainee respectively.
