One of the 9-day activities marking the 70th birthday anniversary of Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi, first Asiwaju of Ijesaland was the Monday, 20 October Visit to Orphanages and a Cultural Day at Civic Centre.
Supported by his wife, children, the Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi’s 70th birthday celebration's organizing committee coordinated by Dr. Oni Gbolabo John, his friends, some of his staff were at the Day 4 of the Celebration of Existence on Monday as Asiwaju Olayinka Fasuyi extended his benevolent and humanitarian gestures on the occasion of his 70th birthday to the less privileged in the society.

Asiwaju Fasuyi, his family, friends and well-wishers visited Wesley Guild Hospital to clear the bills of the less privileged people who could not offset their hospitals bills.
He paid the hospital bill worths one million naira. After which he and his train proceeded to tour wards and later promised to do more after the celebration.
The humanitarian gestures did not stop, the fleet visit School for the Physically Challenged Children, Ilesha, Osun State. It was a torrential emotional dissipation by Fasuyi and his friends when they met the reality of the condition of the children.
He praised Dr. Oni Gbolabo who is the Country Coordinator of Wit and Will Foundation for the Physically Challenged Children Ilesha Osun State. He commended him for being the voice of the physically challenged children in the southwest and his efforts on the physically challenged children.
He gave kudos for all projects executed by Dr. Oni Gbolabo especially on his sponsorship of physically challenged children's school education, provisions, and materials supports.
Asiwaju Fasuyi supported the school with the sun of two hundred and fifty thousand naira and promised to come back as soon as the celebration is over. He however called Ijesha at home and abroad to please consider the plights of those children. the celebration continues as there other programs ahead.

DAY 5: Tuesday, 21 Oct: Symposium and IDF Launch at Gold City Centre (11am)
DAY 6: Wednesday, 22 Oct: Lectures & 9th Asiwaju Anniversary at Zenabab Hotel (11am)
DAY 7: Thursday, 23 Oct: Ijesa Diasporans Day at Zenabab Hotel (12pm)
DAY 8: Friday, 24 Oct: Birthday Open House (12pm)
DAY 9: Saturday, 25 Oct: Thanksgiving at Cathedral Church of Holy Trinity (10am), Grand Reception and Book Launch at Zenabab Hotel (1pm)
