AMBO's Big Day: Progressives Rally in Osun State to Celebrate Oyebamiji's Birthday




 


With pomp and pageantry, progressives across the nooks and crannies of Osun State assembled on Ilerioluwa campaign office in Osogbo to celebrate the birthday anniversary of Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, popularly called AMBO. 


The Ilerioluwa campaign office auditorium was filled to the brim as Oyebamiji's friends, professional and political associates went into jubilations in celebration of his birthday. 


In his opening remarks, at the event, former Speaker, Osun State House of Assembly, Rt Honourable Timothy Owoeye described Oyebamiji as a phenomenon and worthy leader whose leadership qualities have endeared many to him. 


He urged members and loyalists of the party, especially members of the AMBO Movement, to buckle down as the party primary approaches. 


"What we are doing here is to give grace to the Almighty Allah for his protection and blessings upon our preferred aspirant, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, popularly called AMBO. He is the brain behind all of these. He has demonstrated quality leadership that is why you can see all of us. We thank God for his life and for the good things that God has used him for. 


"As we are celebrating his birthday, I want to implore us to continue to put in our very best in supporting him and spreading the gospel of AMBO. Let's scale up our efforts as we are approaching the primary and main governorship election. By the grace of God, victory is ours", he added. 


In their separate remarks, Deacon Sayo Abimbola, Hon. Kamil Oyedele, Hon. Taiwo Oluga, Hon. Debo Akanbi Osunagbeni, enjoined party loyalists to support the AMBO project. 


The event was attended by chieftains and loyalists of the party across the state and beyond.
