CAC ERUKU KIDNAP SURVIVOR SPEAKS ON BANDITS' GRIP ON FOREST.... "We Were Trapped, No Escape" ‎

A survivor of the recent Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) abduction in Eruku, Kwara State, has shared the traumatic experience of being held captive by terrorists in a remote forest. The victim revealed that the abductors had complete control over the area, making escape impossible.

"It was unimaginable because when we got there, we really knew that it was a dominated area," the survivor said. "They made us know that no one could slip away, and with what we saw, nobody could escape."

The forest was heavily monitored, with the terrorists boasting about their grip on the terrain and ability to detect movement. The captives were constantly guarded, living in fear and uncertainty.

The victim was among the 38 people abducted from the Eruku CAC on November 18 and released on November 23, amidst rising kidnapping rates nationwide.
