The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has conducted a precision air strike on a terrorist enclave in Sambisa, Borno State, destroying a notorious hideout and significantly degrading the operational capabilities of terrorist groups.
The strike, carried out on November 19, 2025, was in response to intelligence gathered from surveillance and reconnaissance missions, which tracked terrorist movements following an ambush on ground troops at KASHOMRI on October 17.
Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, Director of Public Relations and Information, NAF, stated that the strike was a deliberate and intelligence-driven operation aimed at disrupting the terrorists' command and logistics networks.
The NAF reiterated its commitment to protecting Nigeria's territorial integrity, securing citizens, and supporting ground forces in the fight against terrorism.
