The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Sly Ezeokenwa, has praised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for conducting a transparent, free, and peaceful governorship election in Anambra State on November 8, 2025.
Ezeokenwa described the election as "one of the most transparent and well-organised elections" in Anambra's history, commending INEC for ensuring fairness throughout the process.
Chukwuma Soludo of APGA emerged victorious, securing 422,664 votes, defeating his closest rival, Nicholas Ukachukwu of the All Progressives Congress, who garnered 99,445 votes.
Ezeokenwa thanked Anambra residents for their peaceful conduct and the media for their professionalism in reporting the election.
