The Ijesa Community Development Assembly (ICDA) has lauded the Oba Titus Folorunso Adewale Foundation (OTFA) for what it described as a landmark community development intervention in Ijemba-Ijesa.
In a congratulatory message, the Asiwaju of Ijesaland, Chief Olayinka Fasuyi, said the initiative reflects the strong will and collective determination of the Adewale family of Ijemba-Ijesa to positively transform the socioeconomic narrative of the community.
According to him, the conscious decision by the people of Ijemba-Ijesa to chart a new developmental course after more than 300 years stands as a milestone achievement worthy of celebration across Ijesaland.
Chief Fasuyi, speaking on behalf of the ICDA, commended the community for being blessed with sons and daughters who are deeply patriotic and committed to the development of their fatherland. He noted that such commitment is crucial to sustainable grassroots development in Ijesaland.
He further prayed for continued divine blessings and prosperity for the Oba Titus Folorunso Adewale Foundation, describing its intervention as a thoughtful and impactful gesture toward making Ijesaland greater.
The ICDA leader expressed optimism that the year 2026 would witness more developmental interventions by OTFA across the more than 200 communities in Ijesaland.
