‎APC Ijesa South Federal Constituency Unveils Campaign Committees Ahead of August Poll ‎






‎The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ijesa South Federal Constituency has inaugurated its campaign committees as part of strategic efforts to strengthen its grassroots structure and mobilize support ahead of the forthcoming election.

‎The inauguration took place during a stakeholders' meeting held on Wednesday at the Chairman's KJB Hotel Office in Ilesa, where party leaders, elected officials, and key stakeholders converged to chart the course for a successful campaign.

‎Addressing attendees, party leaders stressed the importance of unity, dedication, and teamwork among members, describing the inauguration as a crucial step toward consolidating the party's strength across the federal constituency.

‎The committees were constituted to oversee critical aspects of the campaign, including media and publicity, mobilization, security, legal affairs, finance, logistics, and women engagement.

‎Leading the Media and Publicity Committee is Adebayo Adedeji, popularly known as "Instinct," who will serve as Chairman, while Oladimeji Lasore was named Co-chairman. Dr. Gbolabo Oni will serve as Secretary of the committee.

‎The Mobilisation and Contact Committee will be headed by Akinyele Akintola as Chairman, with Hon. Dare Ajumobi serving as Secretary.

‎For the Security Committee, Babatunde Festus Komolafe was appointed Chairman to coordinate security-related activities throughout the campaign period.

‎The Venue and Entertainment Committee will be led by Hon. Idowu Falade, while the Legal Committee has Barrister Ayo Afilaka as Chairman and Barrister Femi Onigbogi as Co-chairman.

‎The Finance Committee will be headed by Femi Kujembola as Chairman, with Hon. Tunde Faleye serving as Secretary.

‎To strengthen outreach among women across the constituency, the Women Mobilisation Committee will be coordinated by Mrs. Temilade Adewusi and Mrs. Abeke Aluko.

‎Party leaders charged members of the various committees to approach their assignments with diligence, commitment, and a sense of responsibility, emphasizing that collective effort would be essential to securing victory for the APC in the forthcoming election.

‎Stakeholders at the meeting expressed confidence in the calibre of individuals appointed to the committees, noting that the structure would provide the coordination and momentum required to deliver a successful campaign across the six local government areas that make up the Ijesa South Federal Constituency.

‎The meeting ended with a renewed commitment to party unity, intensified grassroots mobilization, and sustained engagement with voters ahead of the crucial poll.
