Better life awaits Osun indigenes under Oyetola 2nd term with Tínubu as president says Owoeye as he advocates support for Oyetola's re-election







Osun State House of Assembly's Speaker Timothy Owoeye on Saturday, visited the people of Oke-Ibukun Community in Ilesa East Local Government Area of Osun State.


Owoeye during the visit donated a sum of N500,000 to the community to fix their faulty transformer.


The Chairman of the community's Association of Landlords and Tenants, Alhaji Jimoh Oladosu, who spoke on behalf of the residents, said the total of N6m had been expended by the community on electrification project and that Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye was the first to donate to the project at it's inception. He commended the Osun Speaker for his magnanimity and for identifying with his people, adding that the seasoned lawmaker remains outstanding as a representative of the Constituency that has continuously shown elements of humaneness with his people while urging him to continue with his kind gesture and community services.


Also speaking Pa. Olorode, a community leader described Owoeye as an illustrious son of Ijesaland who has no opposition in the Constituency. "No one can beat his performance," he said.




Addressing the people, Rt. Hon. Timothy Owoeye showing appreciation to the people for their support in the last election also asked them to continue to support the administration of His Excellency, the Governor of Osun State, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola who will be seeking a re-election on July 16th Osun Governorship Election.


"Perfection is an attribute of God. Only God is perfect but comparatively speaking, Oyetola's administration is excellent. So, we want him back. 


The Osun Speaker equally said that the governor has broken the jinx of ineptitude in governance as he has become a shining example of good governance and with the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Hamed Tínubu as the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the presidential election coming up February 2023, Nigeria will experience a positive turn around. "Nigeria will be safe under Asiwaju Bola Hamed Tínubu, if he is voted as President in 2023." He said as he described Asiwaju Tínubu as a focused Nigerian and a great leader who is passionate about identifying potentials in developing and mentoring younger generations for position of responsibilities.
