The Ogboni of Ipole-Ijesa is one of the "Agba Ijesa" with huge responsibility and expectations from ijesa people as a member of the Supreme Council of Ijesa Affairs, consisting of the Obaala of Ilesa as the Chairman, the Ogboni of Ilesa, the Ogboni of Ijebujesa, the Ogboni of Ibokun and their Secretary, Oba Odo of Ilesa.
These affluence and responsibility have inspired us to dedicate this article to reveal some interesting info about OYELEYE, Samson Omokehinde Oyebade the new Ogboni of Ipole-Ijesa. Read on!
OYELEYE, Samson Omokehinde Oyebade was born on 13th of April, 1972 in Ibadan, Oyo State to the family of Mr. Jeremiah Oluwole Oyeleye and Mrs. Alice Abegbe Oyeleye. He hailed from Ipole-Ijesa, Atakumosa East Local Area, Osun State. He had his Primary school education at Army Children’ School Ibadan where he obtained his First Leaving Certificate. He also had his Secondary School Education at Government Secondary School, Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory.

His quest for educational career pushed him to Business Administration and Management- Associate of Arts at Calument College of St. Joseph, Whlting, IN, USA
Mr. Oyeleye, Samson Omokehinde Oyebade has worked in various organizations in United State of America (USA) where he rose to the post of CEO/ President of Danfo Corporation in Richardson, TX, Table Games Dealer at Hollywood Casino Aurora- Aurora II just to mention few.

In the course of his commitment and philanthropist, he was chosen as consensus candidate from Oyeleye Kuku of Ajibiowu Royal house to ascend to his throne of his forefather in Ipole-Ijesa. He is a devoted Christian, Lover of his people, Erudite, Disciplinarian, Vibrant, Man of integrity, Hardworking and a business tycoon.
He is an American citizen but he had passion for his people in Ipole-ijesa
He is happily married and the union is blessed with lovely children…..
