The Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State and the Immediate Past Governor Alh. Adegboyega Oyetola has directed all members of the party to celebrate the inauguration of the 16th President and Commander In Chief Federal Republic of Nigeria Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice President Senator Kassim Shettima on Monday 29th of May, 2023.
Responding to the demand of multitude of party members that expressed their intention to storm Abuja to witness the inauguration physically, Alh. Oyetola said there will not be space to accommodate everybody in Abuja and he didn't want anybody to suffer unnecessarily.
Instead all party members and leaders were advised to roll out the drums and celebrate the inauguration simultaneously in the nine Federal Constituency.
"This celebration is worthwhile because this is the first time we will be having a progressive President of Yoruba linage that is really ready and prepared for the challenges involved" he concluded.
