Owaloko Celebrates Prince Abimbola Olashore at 60






The Owaloko of Iloko Ijesa, Oba Dr. Akeem Olusayo Ogungbangbe, has felicitated with Prince Abimbola Olashore on the occasion of his 60th birthday, describing him as a distinguished son of Ijesaland and a symbol of impactful leadership.


In a statement issued by the Owaloko Media Palace in Iloko Ijesa, the monarch, who also serves as the Rotational Vice President of the Osun State Council of Obas, praised Olashore’s contributions to community development and national growth.


Oba Ogungbangbe commended the celebrant’s leadership qualities, noting that his life has been defined by excellence, integrity, and a strong commitment to service. He described Prince Olashore as a visionary leader and an ambassador of Ijesaland whose achievements continue to inspire admiration.


The monarch highlighted Olashore’s involvement in key organizations, including the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce, as well as his leadership roles as Chairman of the Ijesa Global Alliance for Development and the Ijesa Digital Hub. He also acknowledged his service as a board member of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation.
