The Executive Chairman of Atakumosa East Local Government, Hon. (Princess) Folusho Adekoya, has empowered no fewer than 1,500 constituents through a comprehensive poverty alleviation scheme aimed at improving livelihoods across the council area.
The initiative, which provided cash grants, targeted a wide range of beneficiaries including women, youths, the aged, artisans, members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), motorcycle operators, and other community groups.
