Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola Visits Ilesa Orphanage home on behalf of her daughter, Roshidat Saliu (nee Oyetola).

Sunday 10th of June 2018, 17hr, Alhaja kafayat Oyetola arrived at Methodist Care ( METHCARE) and Development Trust a charitable organization in Ogudu, Ilesa , an establishment that takes care of orphans and vulnerable children.

On her entourage were the wife of the Osun APC Deputy Chairman, Mrs. Azees Adesiji, the wife of the Osun Commissioner for Sanitation and Environment, Mrs Feyikemi Korede, the wife of Osun Commissioner for Science, Innovation and Technology, Mrs. Omowaiye, the Chairman of Boripe LG, Pastor Oye Adebayo, the Iyaloja of Boripe LG, Iragbiji, Ilesa East APC strong woman, Hon. Mrs. Florence Ajinde, Hon. Mrs Agbeluyi the Vice Chairman Ilesa West Central, the Vice Chairman of Ilesa North East.

The purpose of the visit is to reach out to the less privileged. It was an initiative of Roshidat Saliu the daughter of Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola (Ileri-Oluwa).

Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola in his brief speech thanked all the dignitaries that accompanied her on the visit. She showed her appreciation to the Proprietress and founder of the home. She explained that the gift presented Wer personal donation from her daughter Roshidat and her husband (Mr. and Mrs. Saliu).

The Director of the orphanage home expressed her happiness. She explained that the establishment is owned by Ilesa Methodist Church Diocese set up to take care of orphans. The home was established in 1992. She explained that the vision of the home is to ensure an enabling environment where poverty is reduced to the barest minimum among the most vulnerable groups and provide basic support to widows, orphans and vulnerable children and their caregivers.

The visit was rounded up with presentation of food items that include bags of rice, beverages, Noodles and so on.

Before leaving Ilesa, Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola made a brief stop at Ilesa West All Progressives Congress (APC), Secretariat where party men and women of the Legacy Group were having there meeting. She addressed the meeting and made cash donation.
