Patrol vans of Armed policemen were on Monday seen stationed at the entrance of the PDP secretariat located along Ota-Efun Road, Osogbo and policemen were seen patrolling the area.
Reacting , the Police Public Relations Officers for the Osun state Command, Folasade Odoro said that the police were deployed to the place for preventive measure.
She further explained that , there was a tip off that some suspected thugs were planning an attack on the place , hence the need for the command to deploy the police so as to forestall the breakdown of law and order.
