The former council Chairman of Ifedayo Local Government and a chieftain the All Progressives Congress and also a former Chairman of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) in the State of Osun, Hon. Kunle Ayantoye, has felicitated with the erstwhile Osun governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola on his ministerial nomination by President Muhammad Buhari.
Ayantoye, in an interview with our correspondent berated that there is a clique of people in the State that don't recognise and celebrate our own people.
He referred to Ogbeni Aregbesola's ministerial nomination as another opportunity for him to showcase himself on a better and larger forum. In his words, "God is always with people who do well. When human beings condemn, God will find a way to celebrate such person. I am happy that Ogbeni is being celebrated now.
" We don't know which Ministry he will be placed in, but wherever he is placed, even if it is Ministry of Environment or whatever Ministry, Ogbeni Aregbesola will prove himself. He has proved himself as commissioner for Works in Lagos State, that seems very near like a national level as there is no place in Osun that can look like a fraction of Lagos State. So like he did so well in Lagos and he has come to prove himself again in Osun, now he has the nation, a wider forum to prove to the people of the world that there is a Rauf".
Concluding, he enjoined the residents of the state to support the administration of Governor Oyetola in making Osun State greater.
