Alleged Facebook Blackmailer of Omowaiye Arrested

Engr. Oluremi Omowaiye the immediate past commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology and current Supervisor for Works who was on Tuesday, 2nd October, 2019 screened by the State of Osun House of Assembly as a commissioner/Special Adviser nominee, has got the assistance that Facebook provides for blackmail and similar crime prevention when one  Mr. Kazeem Aro Balogun an alleged Facebook Blackmailer was arrested for questioning by the Special Investigation Bureau (SIB) of Nigeria Police upon receipt of a petition, to prove his allegations of financial impropriety, mismanagement of public funds and corrupt tendencies as contained in his Facebook post.

During interrogation, Kazeem Aro confessed that he doesn't have any concrete evidence whatsoever to back his spurious allegations that they were mere political hearsays and cannot be substantiated.

He has since apologized with a commitment to retract all the publications using all means possible.

 Kazeem Aro Balogun who is still in police detention will be charged to court on Monday.
