The Chairman of Ilesa East Local Council, Otunba Akeem Adesoji Olowoopejoborin has hailed the Governor Gboyega Oyetola led-administration for providing clear-cut direction for economic development in the state.
He noted that the governor has provided a pathway to economic and prosperity of the State.

Hon. Olowoopejobori was referring to the governor's brilliant initiative at organising the just concluded State of Osun Economic and Investment Summit that held in Aurora Conference and Event Centre in Osogbo from 19th to 21st November, 2019.
The Chairman in a press release signed by Mr. Daramola Julius Ayoola, the Council's Information Officer, stressed that the economic and investment summit has served as an instrument for improvement and a way forward to Osun’s economy through contributions from seasoned and intelligent Resource Persons from various economic fields at the 3-Day summit.
The Council Chairman who also participated at the 3-Day Summit pledged that the Ilesa East Local Government will not relent in its efforts at joining the governor to embark on series poverty alleviation programmes that will enable people of the local government to have the impact of dividends of democracy under this administration.
Otunba Akeem Adesoji Olowoopejobori therefore urged the entire people of the State of Osun to join hands with the administration of Governor Oyetola to lead the state of Osun to the promised land as promised by the governor during his campaign before the election.
