At the conception of this new palace Initiative, the PMT were looking at a cost deliverable of N100m but with the turning in of the least feasible, modern, beautiful, and befitting palace drawings by the revered Architects, it was realised that it will be necessary to be more elastic in the cost considerations. Thus the realistic total cost of delivering this modern and beautiful edifice including furnishing is estimated at N250M.

One observation that has continued to marvel the PMT is the unprecedented optimism and zeal of the large majority of prominent and illustrious Ijesa Sons and Daughters to deliver this project through the prioritisation of their respective finances and timely contributions to the purse of the project as all contributors would have their respective names permanently engraved in the Palace edifice at completion for posterity and eternity.

Members of the Project Management Team (PMT) are:
Asiwaju Yinka Fasuyi, Chairman, Elder Lowo Adebiyi, Vice-chairman, Engr. Busayo Aluko, Secretary, Chief Afolabi Igbaroola, Treasurer and Barrister, Mrs. Dupe Ajayi-Gbadebo, Legal Adviser.
