Oyetola is Set To Intervene On Infrastructures In Ifon Says Famurewa


The Governor of the State of Osun, Adegboyega Oyetola is set to fulfill his electioneering promise to Ifon community on the reconstruction of all dilapidated social amenities and infrastructures.

This was made known by the high powered delegation of the state government led by the Executive Chairman of SUBEB, Hon. Ajibola Famurewa to Ward 8 and 9 of Orolu local Government, recall that before the rerun of the 2018 gubernatorial election, Governor Gboyega Oyetola visited all the affected polling units where elections were cancelled and promised to turnaround the fortunes of their communities when elected as Governor. 

In fulfillment of his promises, Alekunwodo road network of Osogbo have been completed, and all other concerned local government of Orolu, Ife North and Ife South will also receive government attention, Famurewa said.

The state delegation include the Commissioner for Works and Transport, Engr. Remi Omowaiye, Special Adviser to the Governor on Education, Jamiu Olawumi and Director General of BOSS, Richard Tinubu, the team visited Ward 08, Unit 001 (Kajola PU) & 004 (Idiya PU) and Ward 09, Unit 003 (Gbogbo PU), all in Orolu LG.
