Governor Oyetola Will Not Relent In His Efforts On Provision Of Social Amenities To Osun Citizenry...... Famurewa assures Ayedaade/Atoyebi residents of more dividends of democracy

 

The Executive Chairman, Osun State Universal Basic Education Board,  Hon. Ajibola Famurewa says the administration of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola will continue to strive in his efforts at making sure that  dividends of democracy are enjoyed by Osun Citizens across the State.

Hon. Famurewa stated this  at Ayedaade Community in Okinni Local Council Development Area where he was hosted by the residents of the area to chart the way forward for further development of the area.

The SUBEB Boss, who doubles as Director General of Ileri-Oluwa Campaign Organization, said the present government in Osun is determined, more than ever before, to ensure that dividends of democracy spread across the nooks and crannies of the State in order to make life comfortable for all.

He assured the residents of the State of adequate provision of social amenities, promising that the State helmsman will continue to run an accountable and transparent government, while also showing delight in some good projects on ground like:  construction of primary health care centers across the state, construction and rehabilitation of school building across the state, school reclassification in conformity with the National Education Policy Standard and construction of good road network, including the recent Olaiya flyover in Osogbo, the state capital among others.

He therefore assured the residents of the two communities of construction of good roads and provision of electric transformers to stabilize electricity current. He therefore urged Osun citizens and the residents of the community to continue to show  support to the present administration.

In his speech the Executive Secretary, Osun SUBEB,who happens to be one of the residents of the community said plans are underway on construction of new school buildings and provision of bore holes for the benefit of Okinni LCDA residents, while enjoining  members of the community to give  maximum support to the present administration, under the leadership of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, on his second term bid in office so that lots of more deliverables could be enjoyed in the community and the state as whole.

In their separate remarks, the Osun State APC  Chairman,who was represented by Prince kunle Famodun, the Okinni LCDA Chairman,Hon. Azeez Usamotu and Okinni Ward 10  Chairman, Chief Akibu Opatunji  aplauded Governor Oyetola's good works across the state, including Okinni LCDA, while apealing to the residents of the two Communities to be patient as more of  dividends of democracy will soon come their area. 

In their separate responses, the Chairman Ayedaade Local Government, Barr. Adeniyi Ogunjide and the Chairperson, Atoyebi Community, Barr. Akintajuwa Yemisi respectively eulogized  Governor Adegboyega Oyetola's magnanimity in turning the state around through various infrastructural development and prompt payment of worker's salaries. They urged the government to look into some of their needs such as good road network, provision of transformer for uninterrupted electricity, promising that their support for Mr Governor Oyetola's second term in office is unshakable.
