To celebrate this special Christmas season Engr. Oluremi Omowaiye, the immediate past Osun state commissioner for Works and Transport organized a two-day free santa show tagged "Awa Lokan Santa Show" on 14th/15th December, 2022 in Ilesa, Osun state.
Over 3000 children benefited from the show at the grand finale held at the Owa Obokun Adimula Palace Civic Centre as Omowaiye and Hon. Olabode Olusegun a.k.a Shigo Papa in Santa Claus mode brought some holiday cheers, gifts, music, fun exercise and some surprises.
"We are glad that were able to put smiles on the faces of these young ones. By His grace we shall witness next years celebration in good health". Omowaiye remarks at the end of the show.
