The INEC is investigating a video of extortion in the Enugu East Local Government Area during PVC collection.
Rex Achumie, Head of Voter Education & Publicity in Enugu State’s INEC, confirmed the investigation and stated that the woman in the video was not an INEC employee or representative.
"INEC aims to uncover how the PVCs got into the woman’s hands and will have a clearer understanding by Tuesday..(today)." Achumie said
Recall that the video of a purported staff INEC at Emene Primary school in Enugu state collecting 1000 from Nigerians before giving them their PVCs went viral on the social media on Monday.
