Ahmad Nasir El-Rufai, Governor of Kaduna State, and Yahaya Bello, Governor of Kogi State, have stormed the Supreme Court to monitor proceedings in their states’ suit against the Federal Government over the Cashless Policy Regime.
The two governors arrived in court around 8:30 a.m., accompanied by their supporters and top government officials.
The Federal Government is expected to engage in a legal battle with some states over the implementation of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Cashless Policy Regime.
