Members of Osun State State Peoples Democratic Party PDP and its syndicates within disgruntled The Osun Progressive have resulted to fake news and blackmail over their lost at the Boripe/ Boluwaduro State Constituency in the last Saturday Election.
Among the prominent leaders of All Progressive Congress (APC) marked for blackmail is the Former Commissioner for Local Government and Cheiftaincy Affairs, Prince Adeleke Adebayo popularly know as BANIK.

Since last Saturday State House of Assembly election that all PDP attempts to win the former Governor Adegboyega Oyetola state constituency has failed, they have resulted to all forms of blackmail including posting of fake video and pictures and polling unit results.
Some of them are the one posted by a perpetual angry member of the defunct The Osun Progressive (TOP) one Kamarudeen Adabanija.
For the record, Prince Adebayo Adeleke won his polling unit with a wide margin, Ward 11, Unit 4 Boripe Local government, with APC 134 and PDP 58 contrary to fake post of Adabanija
Also in their desperation, they posted some videos of Igbo people and claiming that BANIK was the one in the video being boo by the crowd.
There are two fake videos and one picture they are circulating, one was captioned as Boripe and specifically Iree, where some Igbo speaking people were seeing with already tumbprinted ballot papers.
They also posted an arranged video that was staged managed at the entrance of Aree's place by PDP suspected hoodlums claiming that people of Iree were booing Prince Banik at a time he was not even near the place.
Another one was an arranged crowed of PDP thugs making noise at the junction of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, and claiming they were booing Prince Adebayo Adeleke Banik.
I was in Iree throughout the conduct of the last House of Assembly Election, and Prince Adeleke did not near all the places mentioned in the said video.
The story, pictures and videos were fake in its entirety. It was on record that after the declaration of Hon Femi Popoola, our House of Assembly Member as winner, Prince Banik led mammoth crowd to jubilate across the town on Sunday March 19th 2023 and was cheered by the people of the town.
It is understandable that they have scripted a mocking plan in case the All Progressive Congress (APC) loss the constituency but God shame them and up till now, they are yet to come out of that pain.
It is important to put the record straight for people not to take them serious, they are children of anger and that is how they will continue to be in pain till the coming back of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola by May 20233 Inshall Allah.
They were so pained that APC won that constituency and hence, they resulted to blackmail lies and deceit.
