The leadership of National Youth Council of Nigerian Osun State Chapter(NYCN) Osun State Chapter, led by Hon Abdulmajeed Oladimeji Oyeniyi Chairman Caretaker Committee NYCN Osun State, has distanced Itself from the Ongoing Protest that rocked the state Capital Osogbo .
National Youth Council of Nigerian Osun State Chapter, encouraged peace and unity within the State, Before and After the Proposed NLC Nationwide protest .
The NYCN Osun State Chapter extended solidarity greetings to all members of the organization Noting that It is not part of the rally organized by the Osun Civil Societies Coalition.
The Release said " we know there is economic hardship, non provision of palliatives, insecurity, hike in fuel price and so on , but these problems can be addressed only by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The NYCN encouraged security agencies to help in maintaining peace and order in the state.
The Foremost Youth Volunteer Youth Organization VYO, Uniform Organization, and all other Sister Organization in Osun encouraged the state government to look into the matter of palliatives measures for citizens in order to cushion the effect of the removal of fuel subsidy.
