The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, has departed Nigeria on an official and personal visit to the United Kingdom.
The visit, which commenced today, is aimed at engaging with key stakeholders in the Nigerian diaspora community and exploring strategic opportunities beneficial to the party and the development of Osun State. During the trip, the Chairman is also expected to meet with members of the Osun APC in the UK and other political allies.
Before his departure, Sooko Lawal expressed Gratitude to party members for their continued support and urged them to remain committed to the progress and unity of the APC in Osun State.
Sooko Lawal reaffirmed his dedication to strengthening the party’s structures and mobilizing support across all fronts to ensure the APC reclaims Osun State in the 2026 gubernatorial election and records overwhelming victory in the 2027 general elections.
Osun APC Chairman emphasized that the journey to reclaiming the mandate begins now, with focused leadership, strategic planning, and unity among party faithful.
He is expected back in the country in early July.
