The fund generated focused on providing a succour to the most affected communities in the area of public buildings such as town halls, schools and Public Health Centres as the committee recommended only Public Buildings for financial support in the affected communities.
In the course of the evaluation, it was noted that Ibodi and Iwaraja communities fall to the category of affected communities that do not have organizations affiliated to IDC, but agreed that these communities are within Ijesaland and satisfied with the primary reason for which the fund was generated, therefore, they are also considered qualified to benefit from the fund support, their not being members of IDC notwithstanding.
