Fresh protests have erupted in Ghana just weeks after Ghanaians staged protests demanding Nigerians leave their country.
This is coming despite Ghanaian President John Mahama’s assurance to Nigerians.
In July Ghanaians staged protests demanding Nigerians leave their country.
Mahama last month stated there is no place for xenophobia in Ghana, assuring the Nigerian government of his commitment to the safety of Nigerians and their businesses in the country.
Mahama’s assurance came during a meeting with Nigeria’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu, at the Presidential Palace in Accra.
In one of the recent videos online, a man is seen complaining about Nigerians while in the other video, a lady is seen lamenting about Nigerians and other nationalities in Ghana.
