President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Elerinmo of Erinmo Ijesa Kingdom in Osun State, Oba Michael Odunayo Ajayi, on the occasion of his birthday celebrated on March 27, 2026.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President praised the monarch for his exemplary leadership, wisdom, and commitment to promoting peace, unity, and development within Erinmo Ijesa Kingdom.
Tinubu also commended the royal father’s dedication to preserving the rich cultural heritage and traditions of his domain, describing him as a custodian of values and a bridge-builder whose influence fosters social cohesion and grassroots development.
The President offered prayers for the monarch’s continued good health, long life, and wisdom to lead his people to greater prosperity.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended warm greetings to His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr) Michael Odunayo Ajayi, Arowotawaya II, the Elerinmo of Erinmo Ijesa Kingdom of Osun State, as he marks his birthday on March 27, 2026.
President Tinubu commended the monarch for his exemplary leadership, wisdom, and commitment to peace, unity, and the development of Erinmo Ijesa Kingdom and its people, as well as his dedication to preserving the rich cultural heritage and traditions of his domain.
The President also noted Oba Ajayi’s role as a custodian of values and a bridge-builder, whose influence continues to promote social cohesion and grassroots development within and outside his kingdom.
“On this special day, I pray for your good health, long life, and divine wisdom to lead your people to greater prosperity”, the President said.
