The Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Osun State, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji popularly called AMBO, has expressed griefs over the death of the wife of the Osun State APC Chairman, Alhaja Fatimah Oreoluwa Lawal.
Oyebamiji mourned the sudden exit of the deceased condoling the party chairman, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal, family of the departed soul and members of the progressive party in the state over the ugly incident.
It was reported that Alhaja Lawal died yesterday (Friday) at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife, after a brief illness.
Oyebamiji, in a statement personally signed and made available to newsmen in Osogbo, described the deceased as an epitome of womanhood, rare breed and a woman of inestimable value whose entire life was dedicated to serve her creator and humanity.
AMBO acknowledged the faithfulness, rare dedication of the deceased to her spouse and family while alive described her as a virtuous, dedicated, devout Muslim and a strong pillar of support.
"The news of the sudden death of the wife of our party chairman, late Alhaja Fatimah Oreoluwa Lawal was received with a rude shock. Alhaja Lawal was indeed a woman of inestimable value, a virtuous woman, compassionate mother, religious and a strong pillar of support to her husband, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal and caring mother.
"While acknowledging the fact that death is inevitable to every mortal, i condole the chairman of our party on the demise of his soulmate as well as progressive family in Osun State, and i pray the Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased's shortcomings and grant her Aljanah Fridaos while i beseech God to grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss", Oyebamiji mourned.
