The people of Ilesa East Local government continue to feel the impact of the government as the Council Chairman, Hon. Otunba Akeem Adesoji Olowoopejobori and his parliamentarians are busy alleviating the sufferings of the poor people in the Council through massive grading of dilapidated access roads and rehabilitation of bad feeder roads across the Local Government as part of effort at ensuring ease movement and boosting grassroots development.
The local government boss said that some linking roads roads of the Council have been impassable for motorists while motorcyclists and Okada riders find some of the roads impassable.
Olowoopejobori said the road grading projects is running in phases, adding that no community will be left out and his administration will not relent its effort at ensuring that the entire people of Ilesa East LG continue to enjoy and experience dividends of democracy. as he eulogized the executive governor of the state of Osun, Mr. Gboyega Oyetola for the love he has for the people of the state.
He also appealed to the entire people of Ilesa East LG to reciprocate the good work of the government by supporting the administration of governor Gboyega Oyetola and the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Among the linking roads being graded are Oke-Omi, Oke-Iyanu, Oloruntedo, Iddo-Ijesa in Ward 11 as the grader plans to move to Ward 9 in the coming week.
