Hon. Akeem Adesoji Olowoopejobori, Chairman Ilesa East Local Government, has felicitated with Muslims in the Council, State and in the country at large as they join other faithfuls around the world to celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.
In a statement released to the press, Olowoopejobori urged Muslims residing in Ilesa to celebrate with caution due to the ravaging covid-19 pandemic as he appealed to them to follow the strict regulations laid down by the State Government to ensure that all the measures to prevent the spread of the virus are followed to the letter.
The Council Chairman also seized the occasion to thank the governor of the State, His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola for the gifts to the Muslims across the Wards of the local Government.
