A former House of Representatives member and a former chairman of Ejigbo LGA, Osun State, Hon Bade Falade has commended Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for the approval of the reconstruction of the Ejigbo township road that has been an eyesore for over 15 years.

Falade said the last time this road was attempted was during the regime of Ex-Governor Aregbesola which was awarded to Perfect Structure construction Company and was abandoned leaving it worse than it was met.

In the same vein, Dr. Olusola Adeeyo of the Ladoke Akintola university, Ogbomosho said the people of Ejigbo are very grateful to the governor for extending this kind gesture to them.

He implored the people to appreciate the governor by paying their taxes regularly since this road network will reduce the high cost of transportation and boost the economy of the town.

In his words Falade who is a chieftain of SDP said "Governor Oyetola must be appreciated for his magnanimity to embark on the reconstruction since this would boost the social economy power of the Ejigbo people. Not only that it is the major township road that link Oko town in Oyo state and the road that determines architectural look of the town".

Falade further described the road and it's impact on the newly constructed General Hospital in Ejigbo since there was low patronages due to the bad road but this reconstruction would boost the patronage.

Despite the paucity of funds, Governor Oyetola still remember us in Ejigbo. On this note, we pray for the success of this tenure and surely one good turn deserves another, Falade concluded.
