On Thursday at the Air Force Academy in Colorado, President Joe Biden fell face-first after tripping over a barrier on stage. However, he seemed unharmed. After giving the military academy graduates’ commencement address, Biden, 80, had just shook hands with a cadet and started to return to his seat when he slipped and fell.
Air Force personnel helped him back up and he did not appear to require further help.
As he rose, Biden pointed to the object that had apparently caught his foot. It resembled a small black sandbag on the stage.
