Popular Nollywood actor, Taiwo Hassan, widely known as Ogogo, has reportedly died.
The sad news was confirmed by his daughter, Kaira Taiwo, during a live session on Instagram.
Ogogo's death comes after reports that he had been battling stage 4 cancer.
Recall that on Monday evening, two of his daughters, Kira Taiwo and Lima Taiwo, made emotional appeals on social media for medical advice and support for their father.
According to Kira, doctors had said they could no longer give him chemotherapy because of his health condition. The family then called for urgent help and sought other treatment options, including specialised medical care and traditional remedies.
The news of the veteran actor's death has thrown fans and members of the Nollywood industry into mourning.
