The third edition of Workteck Kids & Teens Workspiration 2025 drew about 500 students to Ilesa Grammar School auditorium. Organised by Workteck Educational Services with the support of the Osun State Ministry of Education, the event highlighted “ready‑made school products” created by pupils, ranging from electronic kits and motorised toys to hand‑woven adire garments, clay works and miniature excavators.

The programme featured musical performances, poetry, dance and drama, as well as school presentations on the meaning of employment and the consequences of unemployment. Throughout, Prince Lufadeju engaged with participants, sharing his own journey and showcasing diverse professions through stock images to broaden their aspirations.
The programme demonstrated Workteck’s commitment to nurturing creative thinking and practical skills, leaving attendees optimistic about the future of young innovators in Osun State.
Lady Fagbulu, proprietress of Doyin Model School and anchor of the programme, introduced Prince Abiodun Lufadeju, Chairman of Workteck Educational Services, who received a warm applause from an audience of about 500 students from schools across Ilesa. “Daddy WorkTech,” the crowd chanted, as Prince Abiodun Lufadeju took the stage.
In her opening remarks, Chief Mrs. Yemisi Falope, Principal of Olumokaye College, thanked the Ministry of Education for its support and said the event was designed to give young people “positive out‑of‑school exposures that unlock their potential.” She emphasized the importance of creative thinking in a rapidly changing world, setting an upbeat tone for the day.
A series of talent displays followed, featuring spoken‑word poetry, musical renditions, dance and drama sketches. Each presentation was interspersed with brief reminders of the concept of employment and its societal impact. Participating schools were also invited to present their definitions of employment and the consequences of unemployment, generating a diverse range of ideas.

In the afternoon, the auditorium was transformed into an exhibition hall for the “Ready‑Made School Products” showcase. Students displayed electronic kits, motorised toy vehicles, hand‑woven adire clothing, bags, pottery and a miniature excavator, explaining the technical intricacies of their creations.
Throughout the event, Prince Abiodun Lufadeju moved among the pupils, offering encouragement and sharing anecdotes from his own career in education. He expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Education, parents and teachers, and used stock photographs to introduce a variety of profitable professions, aiming to broaden the students’ career aspirations.
As the final applause faded, optimism filled the venue. The third edition of Workspiration had set a high standard and expressed confidence that the inspiration gained would translate into innovative solutions for the future.
